Love the site – I’m going to try the Moroccan Roasted Salmon with Mango Salsa tonight as mangoes are prolific in Darwin at the moment. I’ve been looking for recipes for my tagine, so am very happy to find you. Thanks
I’m sure it can taste good.
Just having difficulty with the image of a brown griz with a salmon in one paw and a mango in the other in north africa.
